Stolica Shopping Mall Network — one brand, many locations, a single platform
Multiple shopping centers across different districts of the city. Each with its own team, tenants, and promotions. Yet a single brand and unified communication standards.
The challenge was significant: build a digital platform where the central marketing team and local site managers work independently without getting in each other's way.
Each mall got its own site on a subdomain. Shared architecture. Flexible governance.
Centralized management and local autonomy
The central team controls templates, branding, and global sections. Local teams manage their mall's tenants, events, and promotions.
Access rights are configured flexibly: a network administrator sees everything, while a mall manager only sees their own content.
Store and services catalog: navigation that works
Visitors come to the site with a specific goal: find a store, check opening hours, confirm a service is available. The catalog resolves this instantly.
Category filtering, name search, quick tenant cards with logo, floor, and description. The catalog structure is uniform across the network — the content belongs to each mall.
Interactive mall floor map
Each mall received an interactive floor map. Visitors see exactly where a store is located. The map is vector-based: zones are clickable, linked to tenant cards, and support mobile touch.
Managers can update the layout without involving developers — reassign zones, hide vacant spaces, or change floor layouts via a visual editor.
Map editor in the admin panel
Mall managers update floor plans themselves: drag zones, assign tenants, hide vacant spaces — all through a visual interface, zero code required.
Top-tier speed despite heavy graphics
Shopping mall sites are visual showcases — lots of photos, banners, logos. That usually means slow loading.
We built a performance system: responsive image delivery by screen size, lazy loading, modern WebP and AVIF formats, CDN-level caching.
The result: Lighthouse Performance 90+ even on mobile, with a fully graphic-rich interface.

Design system and flexible communication forms
The marketing team shouldn't have to wait for a developer to launch a promotion or collect leads. We solved this with a design system and form builder.
Any form — event registration, contest entry, survey — is assembled from ready-made blocks in seconds. The result always fits seamlessly into the site design because it's built on a shared design system.
