Website support and development
We keep your site updated, safe and growing, while you file tasks from your phone in half a minute and watch every step. Including sites we did not build.

After launch
Launch is not the finish line, it is the start of operation. From then on a site needs updating, fixing, filling and developing, on a schedule rather than when something has already broken. We take all of it: from changing the phone number in the header to new sections and integrations.
And we do it so that support never needs chasing. Filing a task takes one tap, every change shows up immediately, and deadlines are set by an SLA rather than "we'll take a look this week".
What maintenance covers
01Technical updates
We update the CMS, modules and server environment while it is still planned work and not a fire. A backup before each update, a check afterwards that everything is in place.
02Backups
Regular backups stored away from the site, and periodic checks that you can actually restore from them.
03Monitoring
We watch uptime, errors and certificate expiry. We find out about a problem before your customers do.
04Security
We patch vulnerabilities, keep access under control and remove whatever previous contractors and long-gone staff left behind.
05Content
Text, prices, photos, news, documents, banners. Routine your team no longer has to do itself.
06Improvements
New pages, forms, blocks, integrations with your CRM and other services. Small things get done straight away, bigger ones get an estimate first.
07Speed, SEO and GEO
We keep the site from getting heavier with every update and keep technical errors from eating into your search rankings. And we make sure it gets found and quoted not only by search engines but by AI assistants too: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and the rest, which increasingly answer in place of a results page. That takes a clear structure, markup, an llms.txt file and copy a model can parse and cite.
08Development
Once a month we look at the site with you and suggest what to improve next. Support should move the site forward, not just keep it alive.
SLA
Response
15 minutes
Resolution of a standard task
2 hours
Standard tasks are content changes: replacing text, prices, a phone number or photos, adding a news item, a document or a banner, adjusting a page. Anything bigger we estimate, and you see the deadline in the task. The SLA applies during working hours.
A response is not an auto-reply. It is a person who has read the task and either taken it on or asked you a clarifying question.
How it is paid for
Ultimate
One fixed monthly fee
A single amount, and all the maintenance listed above is included.
- No counting hours, no approving every change, no wondering whether a small fix is worth asking for.
- File tasks as they come up, and know your website budget for the whole year in advance.
- The SLA, the cabinet, the bot and the monthly report work exactly the same: you see what your money bought, just without the calculator.
This is our main format, and the one we recommend to anyone whose site is live and changing all the time.
Discuss UltimateHour package
If tasks come up rarely or irregularly, you can work with prepaid packages instead. You pay for a package, and we deduct the time actually spent.
- Unused hours carry over to the next period along with the new payment. Nothing expires.
- If you go over the package, the overspend is billed separately and does not eat into the next one.
- The balance is visible in your cabinet at any time, not just at the end of the month.
Tasks from your phone
All of the support fits inside Telegram.
Mini app
Send /app and the cabinet opens right inside Telegram: tasks, status, conversation, hours left. No separate login for every colleague.
One message, one task
Send the bot /task Change the phone number in the header and the task exists. Its number comes back in the reply.
Straight from the conversation
Already discussed something in your team chat? Reply /task to that message: its text becomes the description and its screenshots and files come along.
The bot in your team chat
Add it to your group and everyone who needs the updates gets them. In chats with topics, each topic can point to its own project, and replies come back to the same topic.
On a desktop, the same cabinet works in the browser: a form with formatting and attachments, search, filters and Excel export.
Everything in the open
Every step visible
You watch the status change: "Open", "In progress", "Waiting for client", "Client review", "Closed". Every change is recorded with its time, and you hear about the ones that matter without asking: work ready for review, a reply from us, task closed.
The whole history in one place
Messages, files and decisions live in the task itself, not in someone's inbox. Six months later nobody has to remember who approved what.
You sign off the work
A finished task waits for your call: "Accept and close" or "Send back" with a comment.
An honest clock on hour packages
Time runs only while a task is being worked on. While we wait for your answer or the result sits with you for review, the clock stops. The person who did the work confirms the final time on closing, and that is what comes off the package. Past 80% the figure in your cabinet turns yellow, on overspend it turns red, so you hear about running out in advance.
The report arrives on its own
Once a month, on the day you choose, a PDF is built: the period's tasks, their status, time spent, the package and the balance. It can cover several projects at once or any period you like. Handy for the closing paperwork and for management.
How we start
-
01
Audit
We find out what the site runs on, what shape it is in and what hurts. You get a prioritised list of problems and know what gets fixed first.
-
02
Taking over the site
We collect access, take a backup and set up monitoring. A site built by someone else is business as usual, not a reason to say no.
-
03
Connecting you
A cabinet login, a code for the bot, the bot in your team chat.
-
04
Work
You file tasks however suits you, we deliver within the SLA and keep the site in shape without reminders.
-
05
Check-in
A monthly report and a conversation about what to develop next.
Who it is for
- Companies whose website works for the business rather than just existing: leads, a catalogue, a customer area, integrations.
- Teams without their own developer, or whose developer is busy with the product.
- And anyone tired of hunting for the freelancer who "built the site three years ago and then vanished".
